How to Report

• Report by real name or
• Report anonymously
  └ When reporting anonymously, you need to clarify the facts and write contents in detail, so that the investigation can be conducted. In the case of groundless rumors or malicious reports for the purpose of slandering others, the investigation may not be conducted.
• How to write reporting email
  Indicate the title of the report, the subject of the report(who), the date and time of occurrence, the place of occurrence, details, attachments, and etc.
  How to check the result of reporting: No need to call or email
  Interview availability for informant: Indicate Yes or No

Processing Procedure

• Within 72 hours of business day after receiving the report, we will reply to an email confirming the receipt.
• Case investigation (Investigation and explanations on the facts in writing and through interviews)
  We will respond within 7 days of reporting to confirm the facts, and if necessary, interview can be conducted with the informant who reported by real name (confidentiality is guaranteed)
• Notification to the informant
  The period of notification of the results varies depending on the results of the notification investigation to the informant and the subject of the report. However, reporters by real name will be informed of the progress at least once a week, and if the subject of the report is found not guilty, we will notify the results of the investigation within two weeks after reporting.
  ※ However, if the report is made by someone who is not a member of our company, the investigation result may not be notified.
